The islands of Erosia were magical.
Erosians are inspired creatures, and it is easy to see why, looking at the incredible beauty of their homeland.
Although there were no laws in Erosia, there were social taboos, such as forsaking love, for which Erosians could be exiled.
In Erosia there was no such thing as marriage or divorce. Only love.
Women passed their surname to children and chose whether to include men in child-rearing.
Magical powers were passed along through the blood of the mothers.
Erosians were educated in Music and the Arts at a young age.

Many people believed they descended from vampires. [Photo: Violet Valentine.]
They tended to live for thousands of years and remain youthful, appeared to suck souls, and were eccentric. [Olivia Valentine]
The Valentines were known to have incredible innate talent especially in Music, Arts, and Dance. [Sapphire Valentine]
Their talents came with magic powers. For example, Sapphire could not only dance but levitate.

The most magnetizing of all the Valentines was the son of the deceased Queen, Prince Ruby Valentine.
Every woman who layed eyes on him seemed to fall helplessly into his arms.
The Valentines kept entertainment such as artists, singers, and dancers around the palace.
Every single one eventually ended up lusting for Ruby, begging him to enslave her.
But Prince Ruby Valentine didn’t want royal treatment, power, or luxury. He wanted freedom.
Ruby didn’t speak because he found words (excluding written words) extraneous & distracting from true communication.
In person, he communicated intensely through Music.
Ruby excelled at Music from a young age.
His mother died in childbirth and many men claimed to be his father.
Ruby bonded with other Valentines by playing Music with them.
The sisters of his dead mother - especially Olivia and Magda - played with him often.
The jam sessions were a mind-altering substance.
Ruby did not have parents, but felt at home at any place where there was a guitar.
Ruby had magical powers enabling him to make dreams come true with his hands.
He always won games because his touch made the cards perform their best.
When Ruby touched a guitar, the musical dreams of prevoius owners & makers rang out.
Animals, especially birds, were drawn to the sound of these dreams coming true.
Every woman in Erosia knew her dreams would come true in Ruby’s arms.
When Ruby played into the night at The House of Love, women rushed to answer his mating call.
The guitar drew them in, as though in a trance, and then aroused them, heightening the enchantment.
Women gathered around Ruby hoping he would make their dreams come true.
He had his choice of women, and often teased them to give them all hope of being chosen.
Women always believed that he chose the one who deserved him most, and strove to be like her.
No matter who he chose, other women always continued to hope for a turn.
Sometimes the rejected ones even watched for a little while, unable to break their trance.
Ruby wasn’t satisfied unless the woman had the best night ever and her dreams came true.
He was attentive, passionate, and romantic through the end.
Gentleman though he was, when Ruby said goodbye, he meant it.
Every Valentines’ Day, Erosians gave a gift to the person they desired most.
If the receiver didn’t make love to the giver on Valentines’ Day, the gift was to be returned.
Ruby was known to keep many gifts and please many women on Valentines’ Day.
And still, Ruby felt alone and was never satisfied.
